Diana Fosha: The Transformational Therapist

Diana Fosha is the developer of AEDP—Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy—a transformational psychotherapy model that grows and changes according to the latest findings in attachment theory, neuroplasticity, and interpersonal neurobiology. Steven Hayes: Self-Acceptance and Perspective-Taking
