People like to think that the spiritual path is all about right and white and light and it’s just, that’s what it’s supposed to be about. Love and flowers, and that’s really nice stuff. The spiritual path is the realest thing that exists in the universe. It means that there are things going on inside of you that keep you blocked. You’re blocked. There’s stuff down there and for the Shakti, the qi, the spiritual energy to rise up into the highest states, it has to make it through you. It has to make it through these blockages. That’s just the way it is. Just like you have a river that’s flowing, it can flow very even until it hits obstacles, till it hits the rocks, till it hits the rapids. It hits things and then it gets disturbed. If water hits rocks, there’s spray and there’s rapids and there’s recurrence and whirls, swirls and whirlwinds and all kinds of things.

That’s just the nature of nature. That’s what it is. It’s the same thing inside as outside. So Shakti G Spirit is energy and it wants to go up, it wants to liberate it wants to take your consciousness with it into the highest beautiful states. Ms. Marty is the yogis. Talk about the very, very high transcendental states, but it can’t. Why? Because you haven’t been good because you’re sin. No, no, no, no. Because there are blockages. So the first thing to understand is as long as those blockages are there, they’re going to run your life. You don’t run your life. You do not run your life. The reason you desire things is because the Shakti makes it through the blockages enough more than it used to. Where you feel the energy, you feel something going out, you feel something connecting. You feel inspiration, you feel love, you feel something, alright?

That’s because the Shakti made it through. You didn’t decide that. I’m telling you, you don’t decide who you love. You don’t decide any of that stuff. It happens. Now, there are things that you can do or that can happen that will help it happen. Like let’s say you’ve always wanted to be wealthy. That’s a block. You have a block, you’re not happy unless it’s wealthy and you meet somebody who’s wealthy, you have a very higher tendency to fall in love with them than with someone who’s poor. And there’s nothing wrong with that. I want you to understand this. To do with right or wrong, it has to do with your blockages. You have blockages, and the energy’s going to go through the blockages. So that’s what’s going to happen. When it makes it through, you’re going to feel higher. You’re going to feel more energy.

You’re going to feel uplifted, you’re going to feel inspired. You’re going to feel love. Do you understand that? If that person does one thing, one thing that hit your blockages, you stop loving them instantly. I told you, if you’re sitting there hugging in the embrace, total, my God melting, you’re just melting. Oh my God, there’s so much love. You don’t even know what you’re doing and you open your eyes and behind your head probably it’s a guy, the guy’s holding his cell phone and searching for ghoul. How’s that? How much love you feel? It stops instantaneously, does it not? Okay, I’m teaching you what’s going on. You don’t decide who you love. You don’t decide what you like. You don’t decide what you don’t like. The blockages do. It is the result of the energy. So what you like with positive things, uplifting things, love things, inspiring things is because the energy, the Q makes it through your blockages.

It dances through your blockages, but they’re still there. And if something shifts the slightest thing, and I tell you all the time you’re there, you’re telling someone, oh my God, I love you so much. I love you so much. And she says, yeah, I love you too. She said she loved you. No, no, no, no. You don’t get to say it like that. Do you will close instantaneously. You will stop feeling love. I’m showing you what’s going on. You’re not deciding these things. Your blockages are deciding the dance of the energy underneath. The Shakti is trying to come up all the time, all the time in the darkest hour, the Shakti’s trying to come up, but she can’t. Why? Because the blockages have closed all the doorways. Well, what about what you don’t like? That’s what you do. Like it does that what you don’t like I already told you, if you don’t like something, you’re closed.

You don’t purposely say, I think I’ll close you close. Stand in front of art that you don’t like. Yicky. Somebody else is blissing out over it. Same thing with music. Anything, everything. The way people dress, someone wears their hair, everything colors can a color open, you can a color close you. That’s all blockages. Every single thing that is going on is the dance of the energy underneath trying to come up. And either there’s openings in your blockages or there’s not. And if there’s not, you feel closed, you feel depressed. I said something the other day and there was a therapist here, don’t think she liked it. I don’t blame her. I said, no one is depressed. Well, if you’re a therapist, you meet depressed people. Not so they come to you, alright? No one’s depressed. They’re looking at a depressed psyche. You are the consciousness and you are aware of what’s going on in there.

I just told you, when you feel inspired, how do you know? Because I’m in here. Somebody asked you, how do you know your heart hurts? Don’t hem and haw because I mean here. And I notice, how do you know your heart’s open? How do you know your heart opens and you’re around somebody? Because I’m in here, I’m conscious being and I’m noticing what’s going on in there. Well, if you are noticing, then you’re not what you’re noticing. You’re the one who’s noticing it. That’s the beginning and end of all spirituality. Do you understand that? You see what’s going on in there? Has your heart ever hurt? How do you know I’m in here? Is it the same you who notice when your heart hurts? Then those when your heart feels love and is open, of course they’re just you. You’re in there all the time.

Okay? So when you’re depressed, you’re not depressed and self doesn’t get depressed. Consciousness doesn’t get depressed. A light that’s shining of something broken isn’t broken. A light that’s shining in something that’s beautiful isn’t beautiful. It’s just the same light. That’s what they call it. The light of consciousness. Consciousness is shining consciously. It’s raised of light or consciousness. It’s shining of what it’s looking at. And if what it’s looking at is down and dark, it feels down and dark. Well, I guess that’s what it is feeling. If it’s looking at something that’s uplifting and beautiful and open, then that’s what it’s looking at. The trouble is you say, I am depressed and I am in love. No, no, no, no. I am noticing love. I am noticing depression. That’s call witness consciousness. You’re seated in the seat of witness consciousness noticing that you’re noticing. So yes, sometimes it gets dark in there, yes or no.

Sometimes it gets light in there. Yes or no, you don’t choose. It has to do with the blockages shifting around and the way that different people stimulate your blockages and the way that different thoughts can stimulate. You can be closed and have a thought and be open. You can be open and have a thought and be closed. You don’t even need the outside world. So these blockages shift around based upon the environment and different things. So basically that’s what’s going on is there are blockages in there and the spiritual path under all conditions all the time is not, although there can be, I shouldn’t say all the time, there are periods in your path where what it’s going to be about is finding things that open you and participating in them. But that’s not the real path. The real path is getting rid of the blockages makes me cry.

You can, you can. Every single one of you can. Don’t you dare let them tell you, I don’t care what it is. We’ll talk about how they got there. But every single blockage inside of you is capable of going and not being in there anymore. Well, what happened? It wasn’t in there anymore. Now you’re talking. Now you’re inspired by everything. Now you love everything because that’s the nature of Shakti. The nature of the energy is love and inspiration and upliftment and joy and ecstasy. It just instantly goes up all by itself. No meditation, no anything. If the blockages are gone, that Shakti goes flying up, pushes everything out of the way and back to God. So I told you it’s true that the consciousness is not depressed, but it can look at a depressed psyche. Can it? Alright, and then you feel that way. Alright, so now we have the groundwork of what the path is, the real path ultimately.

But you can’t do it this way. The other day I was talking to somebody and they had never heard the song, the Long and Windy Road by the Beatles. I couldn’t believe it. I mean maybe it’s my generation, I don’t know. But I was quite a song, all right? And I played it for him. They were going through stuff and basically it describes what I’m talking about, the long and windy road. It’s not a straight path. Why? Because you need to work through your stuff. And what we’re going to talk about is what is the stuff, how to work through it and so on and so forth. Because the spiritual path to sit there and say the spiritual path is go to God. What does that mean? It’s like saying go to south.

What that is no idea. You have no idea what God is, right? They teach in the books. That means nothing. It’s a state of consciousness. God is a state of me consciousness where all of your energy and all of your consciousness merges back into the creator, back into creation. God. God is the creator of the universe. So how do you do that? How do you get there? You need to remove the blockages. Okay, so one, I’ve done this before, but I’m going to do it again. Where do the blockages come from? If I have to remove them, I should understand what are they, where do they come from? So let’s start right now and you won’t like it. You put them there. I did not. Yes you did. And not a single block inside of you that you didn’t put there. What does that mean?

Your blockages are because experiences happened outside of you that when they came in you, your consciousness was not able to process. It was not able to handle it. Were not able to leave your hands away from it and let it pass through. That’s where I’ve gotten the clearest teaching. Can things happen outside that pass right through you? White lines in the road. Cars you drive by trees all over the place, blaze of grass. There’s a lot of stuff comes in, doesn’t it? It goes right through. What do you mean it comes in? You experience it and it merges with the self. It merges back into the state of consciousness like water pouring into an ocean. It just goes in. There’s nothing. Are there things that have come into you over the course of your life that didn’t make it through that are still in there?

Well, why didn’t they make it through? Because you didn’t let ’em. You said, no, no, no, no, no. Not on my watch. I don’t want to experience this. Have you ever said I can’t handle this? Have you ever said I can’t handle this. I can’t handle what you said. No, that’s not okay with me. Did that mean it didn’t happen and didn’t stop it from happening, did it? It wouldn’t be in there if it didn’t happen already outside. So you’re never going to stop it from having happen, but you can stop from fully experiencing it. What you do is you use your will to push it away. It’s called resistance. Freud call it suppression, repression, denial. I don’t care. It’s just resistance at one level or another. The deep psychological words of repression, denial, that kind of stuff, that means you really can’t handle it.

Denial means it didn’t even happen. You mean didn’t happen. It didn’t happen. No it didn’t. Okay, very good. So you’re not going to let it get any close enough to where you acknowledge that it happened. That’s pushing it away. Alright? And then repression and suppression or resistance is different stages of using your will. You have a power in there. I’ve noticed some people wrote me and said I didn’t understand any of it until you said I have hands in there and I can use them to push away energies. Do you? Yes or not? Do you manipulate things inside? When energies come in, those are the hands. That’s your will, that’s willpower. You have will and you can push away experiences if you push them away. Those are your blockages. Every single thing you ever pushed away, big or small creates a blockage. What do you mean it’s small?

Okay, you’re in high school, go back high school and somebody plays a prank on you and everybody laughs. Now, 20 years later, a pretty minor thing, 20 years later, go to the high school reunion and see that person. And you tell me you feel the same about them as everybody else. You don’t do you. It comes right back, doesn’t it? The feeling of being rejected, the feeling of being laughed at. That means that tiny little event, it’s still in there. That’s ridiculous. You drive by white lines. They don’t do that. You drive with trees. They don’t do that. Okay? And the rest of your class, let’s say, didn’t do anything. Of course they did. So you have different stuff going on with that. It was your first boyfriend, girl, come on. Just why you go to high school reunions. I have no idea to tune back into my blockages.

I want to feel the things and you will, won’t you if you dated somebody? Well change it like that. If somebody stole your boyfriend or girlfriend, oh boy, the teacher didn’t like you, still don’t like him. He don’t like him 20 years later. Nah, I don’t like him. That’s crazy. It should be new all the time. There’s nothing happening anymore. The people change. No, not for you. They don’t. They are what you stored. So those are your blockages and yoga, we call ’em some scars. I’ve explained it to you. What that means is the energy comes in, it has to go somewhere as energy can’t stop, energy’s moving. It’s waves of power coming through. Well, if you block it, where does it go? It cycles around itself like this. You put will there. It cycles around your will. So it’s still moving but it’s staying in one place that’s like one of those littles.

How can something always be moving and stay in one place? Circle. That’s why a circle is such an important part of creation because energy can stay in one place. Well, it’s circling. That’s circling of energy that you’ve blocked has your emotions tied to it, your thoughts tied to it smells. You can smell something, it comes back up, right or wrong. Welcome to a kitchen. Smell what mommy used to cook. All of a sudden you’re crying. Okay? This is what all the psychology is about. This is what all your life is about. As you have stored those blockages. And so now as the life unfolds, it hits the blockages. They shift, they shift. Does anyone have moods? That’s what your moods are all about. The moods are the energy going through these blockages and they shift with anything, with a smell, with a thought, with anything, a look.

So they can look at you and all of a sudden you’re in the mood. And so that’s because of these blockages. Every single thing that you’re living through is because of these blockages shifting around and the energy attempted to come up and it’s natural that if it managed to come up, you want that. And if something’s blocking it and it is getting dark, you don’t want that. And so you’re like a little puppet, like those little mice that gets stimulated in the cage Pulse. No, you go exactly where they take you. Don’t you? Come on, don’t you? Okay? And your society actually teaches you to do that. You have life coaches and this, that, and the other thing is say find what inspires you and then go for it. Well that’s wonderful and I would never tell you not to do that. That’s not where I want you to be.

You’re welcome to do that and you’re going to do that. I want you to be inspired by everything that’s not happening. You have no blockages. I can do the dishes again please. I want to take the garbage out. It’s like you’re just inspired by everything. Everything turns you on. Everything’s exciting. Okay? There’s my ex-husband. God I loved them so much. I still do. Very good. What if you were like that? That’s because you have no blockages. But otherwise your life is patterned by your blockages where they open, you go where they close, you go away. Those are people you like, you don’t like. Those are art, music, every single thing. All your preferences are governed to you by your blockages. You did not decide those. Yes I did. I thought I liked this color, but when I saw that color, just a different hue, I really liked it. That’s right. It opened you up for whatever reason. You had a blanking when you were younger. Toy was that color or you understand that? Certainly negative. You see a color that this is a nice one. Who doesn’t like sunsets? Everyone likes sunsets, right? Well I’ll give you someone who doesn’t like sunsets. Their girlfriend in college wants to dump them. They waited until they were out in their car with a convertible down with the sun setting and saying, you see that sunset, I’m going into it.

You’ll never like another sunset for the rest of your life. What’s funny? You’re laughing because it’s true. That’s what a sun scar is. That’s what a blockage is. The events that have happened, you’ve processed them different ways. Some make it through, some you push down, some you clinging to because I liked them. I want that to happen again, it’s all energy dancing in there. That’s what yoga teaches you. It’s just the dance of energy with your blockages. So if that’s what the blockages are, your spiritual path is to get rid of those blockages first. Don’t put it anymore and get rid of the ones that are there. That’s the entire spiritual path. That’s the entire spiritual path. Does meditation help? Of course that helps. Does mantra help? Of course it helps you create some ability to handle the blockages that are in there. Alright, so what is your path?

Why is it a long and windy road? The end of it. It’s over. I told you what to do to it. Ha. Have any of you noticed how powerful those energies can be? Way more powerful. You see here all you want and you have no idea. I’ve seen people be like this and if something happens, almost nothing, they’re a totally different person, totally different person. They’re happy with this, they’re unhappy with that. All of a sudden it’s totally different things. They want different things. Everything changes. And I’ve met ones who come back. They don’t want to. Why? Because they made decisions during that time that are not congruous with going back. And so they practice the denial. They don’t want to come back. And I’ve met ones after many years who you can see in their eyes they’re back, but they can’t be. The environment won’t let them be back.

The environment that they created with those shifts makes it incongruous. I always tell a story when I was teaching at Santa Fe back in 73, 74, something like that, and they were crazy classes. They let me teach whatever I wanted, but I was doing a day class and all the kids would come in and they’d sit on the floor and we’d have nice talks and there was this very, very, very straight lady, she can’t come back to school and get a degree, whatever. She was probably in her early thirties, married and she’d come in and woman in three piece suits and just very, very straight and sit in a chair and hated every moment of that class. It was required class. Hated every single moment of that class. And at the end of the class she was afraid she was going to fail and she didn’t want to fail, but I hardly gave grades.

I was just having a nice hippie class. And so she went to the president of the college and complained about me and about the class. So he called me in and said, you better take care of this. And so I remember talking to her, said Neat story, but it’s all about these shifts. Talking to her, I met her out in the hallway, sat down and she said, you want to look at me in the eye? No, just turn her head this way. And just said, I’m afraid they’re going to fail me. I said, I’m going to fail you. He write a paper at the end of the class and you honestly say what you thought of the class and you get an A. Just be honest. Well I hated the class then, right? Did you hated the class. That’s wonderful. Be expressive. Alright. And so that was last time I saw her.

She got her a and she went about her business. It had to be two semesters later when teaching a night class and night I would teach a class and 20 people would sign up and there’d be 50 people in the room. So the night classes was definitely that way. Alright, everybody’s in jeans and t-shirts and sitting on the floor and I’m teaching my teachings teaching a teaching back then. And all of a sudden in the middle of the class somebody walks in and jeans and a t-shirt and think a of of it a little bit older and sat down on the floor and I continued my talk and afterwards she comes up to me and she says, you don’t remember me, I’m cry. You don’t remember me. It was this lady. And she said, explain to me who she was and she said, after your class, my husband left me and I thought I was destroyed, completely destroyed.

I didn’t have anything to hold onto, but I really did hear everything you were saying. But I couldn’t afford to because I was locked back here and I couldn’t listen to that part of me because my life didn’t let it be that my life wasn’t congruous with any opening or any thought like that. And one day I was walking through a bookstore. It’s a true story. I was walking through a bookstore and I fell over a book on the floor and it was autobiography yogi and I remembered that you said mentioned that book. So I bought it and read it and my whole life has changed and your teachings came welling back inside and I now am completely happy and I’m free. Like wow, alright. There’s different parts of you in there, aren’t there? Have you noticed? And your life doesn’t always fit. All of them does it.

What happens is different things happen in life. I don’t have to describe what they are. It could be just thoughts, it could be just dreams, it could be God, I don’t know. Or outside events. Things happen and then it shifts in there and that which used to be down low now all of a sudden becomes prominent and a main force, right? That’s difficult to work with. Yes or no? Has anybody had such experiences? Okay, I want you to understand what it’s like to live in there. It’s not wrong, it’s not your fault. It’s because the blockages create different parts of you. If there weren’t blockages, you’d be an integrated human being. Everything would be whole and the energy be free. It all turns into, I think I told you once, it’s hard to talk about this stuff, but I’m glad you’re listening. What happens when I release a blockage?

You are sitting there, you don’t know it, but your will, you have will. Your Shakti is up here, your shakti’s will, your consciousness is will, and you’re pushing it down. So if that stuff to stay in there, you are always holding it in there. You don’t realize that. So you think you don’t have energy, it’s because you’re wasting and holding all that stuff down there. So one, you’re wasting energy because you’re holding it down there trying to hold it together and not get it hit and do different manipulate people, places, things where they don’t do anything that bothers you and are very busy. Alright? So one, you’re holding it down there. Two, you’re busy trying to get or avoid. You’re busy with that. And three, someday you will realize when you let it go, when you’re able to let a blockage go, it comes up and feeds you, it transmutes, it becomes shock, it becomes energy.

And all of a sudden the self, the seat of consciousness, you in there, the God self becomes stronger because that energy, one, you’re not wasting your energy fighting this thing. And two, the energy has come up and become you, but it’s free, it becomes you. It’s all God. So it comes back up. So all of a sudden the shift in power takes place. That’s why in a straight Freudian psychology situation, take the couch, let’s talk about mommy, let’s talk about this, let’s talk about different things, blah blah blah blah, blah. And all of a sudden after 24 sessions, all of a sudden you have what’s called a breakthrough, a psychological breakthrough, and all of a sudden you can’t sleep at night. You’re so filled with energy. Oh my god, I feel different than I’ve ever. That’s because you cleared one blockage. I’m a deep talk.

It’s honesty. Okay? So the fact is the blockers are down there and you have to fight them. So, so much of your energy is that. And then you know don’t want to make any hit even subconsciously. And so you have to manipulate life. People, places, things. You get ’em the way you want. Look how much you want things to be the way you want and how much you don’t want things The way that you don’t want that is those blockages running your life. They run your thought patterns, they run. When your heart opens and closes, it’s just like our marionette being pulled around by those things. The path is very easy to say, well man, let’s get rid of those blockages. But I’m telling you it’s not that easy. It’s not that easy. If you had an argument with somebody yesterday, minor little argument, and now you see them today and you avoid them, I don’t want to see them.

Have you ever done that? If you’re not comfortable with yourself, you’re not comfortable with the tiniest thing. Now what? They had a traumatic experience. Now what if mommy and daddy did stuff? Now what if they got divorced? And what if your whole life, you hear me? So that’s the stuff that’s down there. So your path is to cleanse that one. Don’t put more in and two, cleanse it. Alright? How do you do that? It’s really simple to talk about in terms of your intention, your motive, your goal, your polestar of your life. Handle what you couldn’t handle when it happened. I’ll repeat that. Learn to handle. So you’re not saying I can’t handle this. If you could have handled it, it wouldn’t be in there. So it’s all about your ability to handle it. Not only could you not handle it when it happened 30 years ago, but you can’t handle it when it comes back up, you push it right back down.

You don’t like people that stimulate your stuff. I told you not to talk about that. I don’t like when you talk about that. So you do everything to make it not happen. You can’t handle it. And then you want things to happen that you want to happen and they never happen exactly the way you want. You had an experience, it made you happy. Now you look for it to happen again. It can’t happen again. It cannot happen again. Why? Because the first time it happened, it was a surprise. Go on, give your kid a toy, see how happy they are and express now give ’em the same toy next year. It didn’t happen, did it? You can’t ever come back to neutral, that first time experience. Wake up to what it’s like to live in there. So the key is to figure out, we’ll work on it, how to handle things, including the stuff that you couldn’t handle before so that when it comes back up, it’s able to pass through and transmute into consciousness, transmute into light, transmute into God.

And that’s what’s going to happen. But we can’t do that and it’s very easy to talk about it, but I’m telling you, you can with some stuff, but you can’t with other stuff. Now I’m not telling you can’t. There’s nothing in there that has to be in there. There’s no super glue in there. And when they do all their MRIs and all the watching thought patterns and all that kind of stuff, that is the result of your blockage. Yes, it shows up there. I don’t know how to give an example. If I smoke, I end up with cancer in my lungs. So it’ll show that. But it was due to the smoking, it had a cause. So there’s stuff that, they’re not all stuff, there are physiological problems, but in terms of psychological problems, you’re basically dealing with being able to see where the energy goes.

They’re watching energy, be able to see where the energy goes due to the blockages. But that’s not who you are. You’re not any of that. You’re not your personality, you’re not your body, you’re not your likes, you’re not your dislikes. You’re the consciousness that’s aware of these things. And the more you’re not dragged down into your blockages, the more it will elevate up naturally to where you experience your seat of consciousness. That’s spirituality. So just like a video game, people play video games and they say there’s level one, level two, level three, oh, you got to work your way up and the monsters are trying to get you, you work you up. So then you go, boom, right? Same thing inside of you. God’s playing a giant video game inside of you. Can I find my way home? And you just go through different stages and go through different things and it’s not easy.

It’s not easy. That’s all there is to it, okay? Like I said, you couldn’t handle it when it happened and you have trouble handling it now. Or if something comes up that you’ve never dealt with before and it’s really negative, all of a sudden you’re depressed. All of a sudden you don’t know what’s going on and you’re lost and I can’t see straight and you’ve been there or something happens. All of a sudden you’re in love and you’re this and energy and you want to move and you want to do kinds of things because the energy is very strong. It’s not wrong, it’s not wrong. It’s actually right. It’s your path. It is showing you where your work is. So ultimately I can talk all I want, but you’re going to deal with these energies. What I want is that you enjoy dealing with the energies that you appreciate dealing with the energies that you realize it’s a long and windy road and what you have to go through.

I’ve always taught you the best that you can. If the energy comes up, breathe it up, transmute it, work with it. That’s why you do yoga. That’s why you do much with you stuff. Work with the energy, you bring it up. But there are energies that are going to come up negative or positive that it doesn’t work. That’s all there is to it. You do it all you want. Next thing you know you’re drinking or doing drugs or running away or doing stuff negative or running toward and you just find them. It’s just the way it is. Okay? Then that means you go through that. What does that mean? You go through that. The shifts take place in your life and it’s going to have to go through what it goes through. I don’t know what to tell you. Does it work out perfect? You think it’s going to be never, does it never go on, get divorced and then your blockages will attract a very similar person.

Okay? So you’re going to find out that just because you make the shifts doesn’t mean it all changes. Alright? And plus switch, what I’ve always taught is, okay, number one priority was this in your life. Then all of a sudden the other comes up is number one priority. The more you satisfy, the less you want it. In some place you like to go on a vacation, go there three times, see if you pick it The fourth, the law on diminishing returns. The more you satisfy something, the less you want it. You got to understand how this stuff works. But that doesn’t mean you don’t need to go through it. It’s one thing to intellectually understand, but it’s another thing to have those energies inside positive or negative that are so strong that no matter what you do, it’s going that way. Then what do you do?

You go through that. How long does it take? Well, I don’t know. Mayor Bob saved about a hundred, 200 lifetimes to work it through. He might’ve said thousands, by the way, you have plenty of time, don’t worry about it. But that’s why they teach me a gration. So they teach that the soul goes through the entire process until it is able to merge back, okay? When Christ says you must die to be reborn, this is what he’s talking about. You have to die of the personal self, which is manifest of all those blockages. And then all of a sudden you’re reborn into the spirit at your natural state. But it is not easy and you shouldn’t think it’s easy and you shouldn’t feel guilt. I tell people, all you can do on this path is the best you can. By definition, that’s all you can do is the best you can.

Here’s do the best you can to do what, to work with the energies. And if they pull you here, they pull you there, then you go through there. If you canute it, you transmute it, whatever it is, you just always just do the best that you can and don’t ever feel guilt, never feel shame. No, no. The only time you feel guilt or shame is if you purposely did not do the best that you can and you knew you shouldn’t do this and you purposely did this well guilt’s a nice thing, then you won’t do it again. That guilt is teaching you otherwise. Guilt’s not a good teacher if you do the best that you can, you don’t need guilt. Guilt is for people that purposely don’t do the best that they can. Someone’s got to teach ’em so they’re left with this garbage inside.

But if you do the best that you can, what’s going to happen is the results of the best that you can are going to come back and they’re your teacher. Go study for a test, a math test and do the best that you can. What you are not able to do, you’ll get wrong. Therefore the teacher will teach you that and you will become better. Do you understand that? I always teach people, if you get a hundred on a test, you wasted your time. If you get an 80, you’re going to learn something. It’s great. That’s how you went to school. You’re supposed to learn. It’s the same thing in life. You don’t know it all. You don’t know how to deal with these things, but you learn. You get dragged through, whatever happens, whatever happens, you don’t know what’s going to happen. You sit there and think, oh this is what I want more than anything.

You go to do it and the next thing you know, someone dies. The next thing a hurricane goes through or life is what happens to you when you’re busy making other plans. And that all teaches you, it all teaches you. Just like that lady that I talked about, that divorce, she went through this terrible time and all of a sudden she’s liberated and freed her from the walls that she was locked behind. So you do the best that you can and then you continue doing the best that you can with whatever’s unfolding and there’s no guilt, there’s no shame. You just keep your eyes master. One said, one said, take your consciousness and put it the point between your eyebrows, third eye and never take it off. And that’s the highest spiritual technique there is. It’s higher than Korea yoga. It’s higher than anything he ever taught.

Alright, try it. Good luck. Because what happens is someday you’ll realize that the energy will go up to the third eye, to the nar chakra, the six chakra. It will flow up there and when it evolved enough, it will never stop. It does it all by itself. Now what you’re doing day or night, anything you do years after year, the energy is always going there. And what you’ll see is when these other energies shift, it pulls it away from there. You can feel it pulling. You feel the pressure, you feel it pulling down. That’s how you learn that you don’t have to read books, read yourself. Alright? And then you learn all this stuff. And when you let go of what’s pulling, it goes up there and all this ecstasy. It’s just you directly see the dance of the shakti, the dance of the energy.

Okay? So main thing I’m talking about is this is the path. This is the spiritu spiritual path. This is spirituality. It’s not this white light thing. It is like basically you got to work your way through this stuff. But what about drugs? People ask me, oh my God, I can’t even talk about it. What about drugs? People who do drugs, people have experiences, but guess what? They come back. How do I know? Because they tell you about their experience and they always use the past tense. It’s amazing. I had this amazing experience when four years ago, good, I don’t tell you what to do or not do, but understand. I got my friend Ramdas say he tried staying up there with that stuff, alright? And he came back and said, no, show you the potential. He ain’t staying there. Okay, fine. So you work your path away, you work your path.

But when it’s all said and done, you have to be able to handle this stuff coming up. It’s that simple. You can’t avoid it with alcohol, you can’t avoid it with D. You can’t avoid it with, you can’t avoid it with relationships, you can’t avoid it with anything you’re saying that it’s coming up. Why? Because it’s in there. And that’s why you have trouble with your relationships. Why? Because relationships can open. You can’t they? Things can happen and all of a sudden there’s all this stuff, okay? But you can find that over time that it just doesn’t stay like that. It doesn’t work like that unless you’re able to use it to let go. And that relationships can be very beautiful if you really, really love somebody. Selflessly love somebody. If you love somebody more than you love yourself. If you loves somebody more than you or want to avoid the pain that goes on inside of you because a different situation.

Do you understand that it’s selfless love. Now that relationship is spiritual now every single thing that goes on, that relationship will help you let go of yourself because you care more about somebody else than yourself. It is just very beautiful. But that’s not what we use relationships for. We use relationships is for you, turn me on, you turn me off. So that defines the relationship I have with you. I want to be with you because you turn me on. I don’t want to be with you because you turn me off. And then all these shifts take place. I think the highest thing I just said to you is what is a desire, something that you feel will work for you? How’s that? Not a Webster definition, but pretty clean, right? You think if I have that, I’ll be better. So I desire it, I want that which will make me feel better, okay?

But if you get it, it’s satisfied. Something else is going to come up. Which one of you got what you wanted and never wanted anything else at any time in your life? Wake up. I’m talking about how to live in there. So you basically understand you’re going to go through your stuff as much as possible. You keep your eyes pointed up, keep your eye on God, keep that going and do your best to let go. When the stuff comes up, you’re not going to do it perfectly, period. No one ever has. No one ever will, unless you’re born enlightened the Dalai Lama maybe, okay Lord Christ. But otherwise you’re going to go through what you need to go through. How do I know what I need to go through? Because you’re going to do every single thing you can to keep your energy flowing and you ended up going through it.

Something you look back and say, oh, I guess I needed to go through that. Do you hear me? Can you look back and see that? I guess I needed to go through that. I had a terrible marriage, was terrible. I made a terrible divorce, but boy I learned so much. It’s crazy. I learned so much for that process. I guess I had to go through it. And you look back and you realize there was no avoiding it. And don’t you dare judge yourself from who you are versus who you were because you learned and then you’re not supposed to be the same person. So of course it looks dirty when you look back. I’m telling you there’s no shame, there’s no guilt. If you’re doing the best that you can, there’s just learning. There’s just growing. This is the spiritual path. And you’re going to go through what you need to go through.

And there are going to be times where it’s very high and there’ll be times where you’re high within yourself naturally. And then something happens and next thing you know, boom. Fear or desire or this or that. Take over and you do the best that you can and you go through what you need to go through. There’s a book out there that you’ve probably heard of Siddhartha ever heard of? Siddhartha by Hess, Herman Hess. If you read it, you’re going to find it. There’s what it says that you go through what you need to go through and you’re going to go through it. And that’s all. There’s true. There’s nothing you can do about it. The one thing you do about it, which I teach. The only thing I teach you, I told you don’t tell you what to do, but I’ll tell you what not to do.

Don’t suppress suppression is the lowest thing you can do with the energy. It’s basically saying a shift is taking place. I can’t handle it. I’m going to push it away and not deal with it. Well then you’re coming back and not just in past lives all through your life, it will keep coming back up. And if you think you push it away and it’s going to stay quietly down there. Anything suppressed is like a computer virus. You don’t know where it’s going and you don’t know what it eats. You don’t know what’s happening. That’s what psychology figures out because mommy did this, then all of a sudden you’re doing this 30 years later, it has nothing to do with that, but it messed everything else up. Suppression’s a no-no, I told you last time. There are times in which little short times where you’re getting angry or this is happening and you know can’t handle it temporarily, you hold it down.

You don’t let the patterns go outside, but always let it go. Always come back that night as soon as possible and realize I don’t want that down there. You don’t want more stuff down there. And so you just work on letting it go. So now the question becomes how do I work on letting it go now that I’ve convinced you, I hope that the reason you’re such a mess and everything. So that’s how the other day I used the word weird. Is it weird in there? Answer me. Is it weird in there? Is it weird living in there?

It’s weird living in there. Okay, fine. Now that everybody knows everybody else is weird too, it’s fine. So basically how do you deal with this? I over the years have learned, if you can’t handle the small stuff, you can’t handle the big stuff just like anything else. If you can’t play the scales on a piano, you can’t play Mozart. If you can’t play tennis with the ball thrower, you can’t play against the Williams sisters. You have to start and practice with small things. And that’s the same here. That’s how you learn to handle things by learning to handle things. It seems so silly to talk about it. I always talk about it, but you won’t do it. And if you do do it, it changes everything. But one of the small things, the weather, has anybody ever complained about the weather? It matters that you say I can’t handle the heat.

That’s an opportunity to say, well I can’t handle that. My kid died. I can’t handle that. My divorce, I can’t handle that. I’m sick, but I can probably handle, that’s hot. But if I don’t bother learning how to handle that, I’m not going to be able to handle the big things. And so your work every day of your life, every minute of your life is to say, I am learning to handle things. And if you learn to handle things, it’s miraculous. You can handle things. And so you start working with yourself. Working with yourself is in every moment of everyday process of saying, can I handle this? Yeah, I can handle this. Why would I bother? So I can learn. That’s why you bother. So you’re complaining about the heat. Hey, ain’t nothing compared to the big stuff people go through. People are war zones, people’s kids are dying, all kinds of things are happening.

I think you can handle the heat then do it work with yourself. I always tell you back in 72, I lived out here alone and it was hot out here. He had no air conditioning in the car or the house. And he used to complain, he’s supposed to be meditating, but he complained about the heat. So one day I took him outside, I said, why is it hot? I’ve told you the story before. I’m going to tell you again why is it hot? And he said No, because the sun is hot. There’s a sun out there and it’s hot. And I said, is the sun? And he said, no, it’s a star. That’s all it took. It’s a star who doesn’t like stars, right? That’s out there twinkling. You’re close enough to one of those to feel this heat that is far out, isn’t it?

And you’re complaining. That’s ridiculous. Alright? And so all of a sudden you become more open, you become more receptive. And then because I like this astronomy stuff, I know that sun is, that star is 93 million miles away. The circumference of the earth is like 23,000. I think it’s 93 billion. 1.3 billion Earth inside the sun. That’s awesome. I tell you, Miami is 360 miles away. Go set every building up, don’t do it. Set every building on fire in Miami. You and I feel one degree change up here. That thing’s 93 million miles away and you fill this heat, you should do this. I do this every time I feel it like, hi. Hi star. You don’t get sunburned, you get star burned. Change your attitude. That’s what it means to honor and respect and accept and be able to deal with things. You can do that with everything.

When it rains, you don’t want to walk in the rain instead of complaining, stop and think, where do all those nice fresh vegetables of Publix come from? Rain. If it ain’t raining, you’re not getting food. And so you start changing. You call it positive thinking if you want, but I want to call it being able to handle things. So as you do that, the next thing you’re going to know is something a little bigger will happen. Sally won’t say hello or someone will talk badly about you or whatever the heck it is. And you realize I can handle this because you handle the smaller things when you start feeling the discomfort, it’s fine, it’s fine. And the next thing you know you’re letting go. And next thing you know, the bigger thing comes up. And eventually, and I’m warning you, if you really work on yourself and you’re really letting go, stuff’s going to start coming up for absolutely no reason why.

Because you were shoving stuff down, keeping vigor stuff from coming up. So as you let go, don’t get upset that I was doing so well and now all of a sudden, oh my god, it’s tough. Right? That should happen. That’s exactly what should happen. And then learn to let that go. But I can. And then you go with it and you grow through that. And then that’s the long winding. I say, what’s the long windy road? Was he say long, windy road that leads to your door. You left me standing here such a long, long time ago. Don’t leave me standing here. Take me home. That’s why you walk this road, that’s what you’re doing. There’s nothing wrong. It goes through what you need to go through, but you do your best to keep your attention to the point between the eyebrows. Bring it all up.

Bring it up. Alright, so that is what the spiritual path is and where does it lead? I talked about the other day, I never talk about it. Well what’s a master? Somebody who masters this. You call somebody a golf master, a tennis master. There’s a master’s in tennis and in golf. But masters are ones that master this. They master the ability to handle absolutely every single thing that takes place. And switch comes in and goes up and just washes out, washes everything out. As the energy goes up, it’ll wash the rest out. And when you can handle a certain level of discomfort, it’s not just that I handled what he said to me because you handled the discomfort or rejection in that instance. Everything at that level of discomfort you now can handle not just that event. All of a sudden you don’t realize, oh my God. So that is what spiritual growth is, the ability to handle what’s going on inside of you to the best of your ability and be grateful for life because it’s your teacher and everything you go through, you go through, you need to look back. A wise person looks back, will not change one single thing that ever happened to them. It made me who I am today and I’m willing to go through it. And you embrace it. Oh my God, it’s so beautiful. Alright, work on these things.

Jai Guru Dev.
